Precision Auto Works opened in 2009 out of a two-bay space on Westheimer. Marcus Rodriguez had spent a decade as lead technician at a BMW dealership — using factory diagnostics, pulling manufacturer scan data, doing it right. In 2018, Ray Nguyen joined from a Honda dealership, bringing oscilloscope-level electrical diagnosis and EPA 609 certification for AC work at exactly the moment Houston summers started getting longer and harder on refrigerant systems.
