You See What We See
Every inspection is documented with photos and video and sent to your phone before we recommend anything. Borescope, brake-pad calipers, battery load tester — we show you the instrument reading, not a technician's summary.

02 / Why Houston drivers choose Precision
To give every Houston driver access to factory-level diagnostics and honest, transparent repair work at independent prices — because you should never have to wonder whether a repair was real or fairly priced.
Our storyEvery inspection is documented with photos and video and sent to your phone before we recommend anything. Borescope, brake-pad calipers, battery load tester — we show you the instrument reading, not a technician's summary.
Work order
You receive a line-item written estimate before a single bolt is turned. The number on the estimate is the number on the invoice. No labor-clock overruns, no parts markups added after the fact.
Every repair leaves with a 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. If it fails under normal conditions in that window, we fix it free. We put it in writing because we mean it.
We do not guess and we do not sell parts to see if they fix it. Every diagnosis starts with scan data and a hands-on inspection. You get the real cause, not the probable one.
03 / How it works
Photo inspection, written estimate, approval — in that order, every time
Bring the car in or book online. We offer early drop-off at 7 AM with a secure key box. Mention any specific concerns and Angela notes them on the RO before the tech ever opens the hood.
Your technician performs a thorough multi-point inspection and documents every finding with photos and video — brake pad thickness, fluid condition, belt wear, battery state-of-charge. All of it.
Angela sends your inspection report and a line-item written estimate before any work begins. You see exactly what we found and exactly what it will cost. Questions are answered before approval.
Work starts only when you say go. Your technician follows factory procedures and OEM-spec torque values. Parts are OEM or OEM-equivalent — we do not cut corners on materials to protect a margin.
Marcus or David performs a final quality check on every repair. We text you the moment the car is ready. Your invoice includes the 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty printed on every line item we touched.

“Marcus diagnosed a transmission issue that three other shops could not figure out. He showed me photos and a live-data capture of the solenoid failure, explained the repair in plain language, and stood behind his work with a warranty. I will not take my cars anywhere else.”
“Angela called with a full estimate and photos before they touched anything. I could see the pad thickness in the pictures myself — zero upsell, zero pressure. Brakes done same day and the car stops like it is new. This is how a shop should work.”
“Fixed my BMW's AC in one day when the dealer wanted it for a week and quoted $400 more. Ray found a leaking O-ring at the condenser fitting, replaced it, recharged the system, and tested it on the manifold before handing me the keys. Cold air the moment I started the car.”
“Precision has serviced both our family cars for five years. They photograph every inspection point and send the report before recommending anything. Last visit they told me my rear pads were fine and I did not need them yet. That kind of honesty keeps us coming back.”
“Check engine light turned out to be a $40 MAP sensor. Angela sent photos of the old sensor showing the cracked housing. Another shop had quoted me $800 for a throttle body replacement. These are genuinely honest people — that is rare.”
“Ray fixed my AC right before July hit. He found a slow refrigerant leak the dealer had missed twice — a hairline crack in the evaporator inlet. Replaced the line, pressure-tested the system, and it has been ice cold all summer. Fair price and excellent communication throughout.”
“Full brake job — pads and rotors on both axles. Angela called with a written estimate, I approved it over the phone, and the car was ready by 3 PM. Only reason for four stars is the Monday morning drop-off line was about 20 minutes. Service itself was exactly right.”
“Marcus saved my Mercedes from an intermittent electrical fault that two dealerships could not reproduce. Ray used an oscilloscope to catch a corroded ground splice near the battery tray — three minutes of waveform versus three hours of guesswork at the dealer. Three months of perfect driving since.”

Every repair is backed by our 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty on parts and labor — whichever comes first. If anything we repaired fails under normal driving conditions within that window, we fix it at no charge. We use that standard because we stand behind every job, not because we have to advertise it.
Engine diagnostics run $80–$150 depending on complexity. That covers a full OBD-II scan, live-data analysis, and a written DTC report with photos. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the total — you are not paying twice. If you decline, you keep the report and owe only the diagnostic fee.
Yes — domestic and import, including Honda, Toyota, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Ford, Chevy, Nissan, and more. We have manufacturer-specific software and factory scan tools for most European and Japanese marques. If you are unsure whether we handle your vehicle, call and we will tell you directly.
Oil changes, brake jobs, battery replacements, tire rotations, and most minor electrical repairs are typically done same day. Larger jobs — engine or transmission work, timing belt replacement — usually take 1–2 business days depending on parts availability. We tell you upfront, not after the car is already on the lift.
Every vehicle we service gets a multi-point inspection documented with photos and short video clips. Angela sends the report to your phone before recommending any repair. You see the actual pad thickness, the exact rotor surface, the battery state-of-charge reading. Nothing is described vaguely — you see what we see.
Our labor rates are typically 30–50% lower than dealer rates. We use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts and the same factory diagnostic equipment dealerships use. The difference is overhead, not quality. On a brake job or AC repair, the savings are real and the warranty is the same.
