Every finished floor is inspected at measure for moisture, flatness, and structural integrity. Prep work needed is quoted up front. We have never charged a customer for subfloor work they did not agree to.
Every install and refinish is backed for two years. If a board lifts, a finish hazes, or a joint opens within that window, we return and make it right at no cost. The warranty transfers with the home.
If refinishing is the right answer, we say so. We have turned down replacement jobs worth three times more than the refinish because the floor did not need replacing. Our long-term reputation is not for sale.

Diane or Erik visits your space, measures every room to the quarter-foot, reads subfloor moisture with a calibrated pin-and-probe meter, and photographs any problem areas. This visit is free and takes 30 to 45 minutes.
Your quote arrives by email within one business day and includes a line-item breakdown of materials, labor, subfloor prep, and haul-away. No hourly estimates, no "starting at" ranges — one number per scope.
We walk you through species, stain, and finish options for your space and budget. Once you approve the quote and select material, we order and schedule installation. Hardwood acclimation time is built into the project schedule.
Any subfloor work happens on day one before material goes down. The crew works a clean job site, protects adjacent rooms, and follows the nail or adhesive schedule appropriate for your system and species.
Erik or a senior installer walks the finished job with you, checks transitions, fasteners, expansion gaps, and finish uniformity. We document the install date and hand you the written warranty before we leave.
