Elevate Business Solutions grew out of a frustration Michelle Torres could not ignore. After ten years designing products at Figma, she watched hundreds of small businesses struggle with cookie-cutter templates that looked the same and converted nobody. In 2021 Michelle teamed up with Aravind Kumar, a full-stack engineer who had spent twelve years building scalable web products at enterprise scale, and Grace Lee, an AI specialist who believed chatbots could handle the repetitive customer questions that drained small teams. Together they launched Elevate with a promise: a custom, high-converting website delivered in seven days at a price a local business could actually afford. The first client was a neighborhood bakery. Within 30 days their online orders tripled.
