Concrete services — every scope

From driveway tearout to decorative patios, written bids before work begins.

Free Site Visit & Estimate

An estimator walks the site, measures, evaluates the existing base and grade, and delivers a written line-item bid within 48 hours. We check soil conditions, drainage slope, and any frost heave history before recommending a mix or thickness. No obligation — the estimate is yours.

Driveway ReplacementMost booked

Full tearout of the existing slab, proper base prep with compacted gravel, and a new air-entrained pour spec'd for KC freeze-thaw cycles. We form, pour, finish, cut control joints, and apply a penetrating sealer at 28 days. Thickness from 4" residential to 6" heavy-vehicle.

$8–$14/sq ft

Patio & Outdoor Living Slabs

Poured-in-place patios, fire pit pads, pool surrounds, and outdoor kitchen bases. We size control joints for your climate zone, pitch for drainage, and can form curves and radius edges. Broom, trowel, exposed aggregate, or stamped finish available.

$7–$16/sq ft

Stamped & Decorative Concrete

Integral pigment, stamped patterns (ashlar, slate, cobblestone, wood plank), and acid-stain overlays on new slabs or as overlays on sound existing concrete. We use release agents that hold pattern detail and top-coat with a commercial polyurethane sealer that handles KC summers and winters.

$12–$22/sq ft

Sidewalk & Curb Replacement

Panel-by-panel replacement of heaved, cracked, or out-of-grade sidewalk sections. We match the existing broom texture, cut clean joints, and handle city permit requirements in KC proper and the surrounding municipalities.

$9–$13/sq ft

Garage Floor Replacement & Coating

Full demo and repour of spalled or settled garage floors, or diamond-grinding and polyurea coating over sound slabs. The polyurea system outperforms epoxy at every temperature KC throws at it — no peeling at -10°F or bubbling in July heat.

$5–$12/sq ft

Foundation Flatwork & Steps

Stoop replacement, entry steps, basement egress pads, and utility slabs. We form and pour around existing grade conditions and tie new concrete into existing foundation walls with dowels and bonding agent per Missouri residential code.

$600–$4,500

Mud-Jacking & Slab Lifting

For sunken but otherwise sound slabs — sidewalk panels, driveway sections, patio pavers — we drill and pump a Portland-cement slurry beneath the slab to restore grade. Fraction of replacement cost when the concrete itself is structurally intact.

$400–$1,800

Concrete Sealing & Re-Sealing

Penetrating silane-siloxane sealer for new pours at 28 days, or acrylic/polyurethane topcoat reapplication on existing driveways and patios every 3–5 years. Sealing is the single cheapest thing you can do to extend a slab's life in a freeze-thaw climate.

$0.60–$2.50/sq ft

Retaining Walls (Concrete Block & Poured)

Poured concrete retaining walls up to 4 ft and dry-stack or mortared concrete block walls up to 6 ft with proper drainage backer, crushed stone, and weep holes. We size footings below the frost line for KC's 20-inch frost depth.

$3,500–$18,000

03 / How it works

From site visit to sealed slab

Flat-bid pricing and spec-grade work at every stage

  1. 1

    Free Site Visit

An estimator walks the project with you, measures, assesses the existing base and grade, checks drainage slope, and notes any frost heave history. We bring a soil probe for base depth evaluation on driveways. No cost, no obligation.

  2. 2

    Written Bid in 48 Hours

You receive a line-item written bid within 48 hours: every cost broken out, mix design spec'd, base depth stated, finish method named. You can compare it against any other bid line for line. Questions get answered before you sign.

  3. 3

    Forms Set & Base Prepped

On pour day minus one, we set and stake forms, compact or correct the gravel base, and position rebar. The crew walks the site before leaving so there are no surprises on pour day.

  4. 4

    Pour, Finish & Joint

Concrete arrives by ready-mix truck to spec. We pour, screed, edge, and finish to the specified texture. Control joints are saw-cut or tooled to proper depth within 24 hours — before shrinkage cracks form.

  5. 5

    28-Day Seal & Close

We return at 28 days to apply penetrating sealer once the concrete has reached full design strength. We review the curing and warranty documentation with you, and Rosa sends the completed permit inspection (if required). The job is not closed until the sealer is down.

Sealer down, permit closed, warranty in writing — the job is done when the slab is done right.

No pressure. No upsell. Just fixed.

One call. Solid bid.
