Sofia Morales spent ten years managing housekeeping teams at luxury hotels in downtown Seattle. In 2014, she left the hotel industry, took out a small business loan, and started Crystal Clear with one van and a single promise: every home gets the same care as a five-star suite.

Word spread through neighborhoods without a dollar spent on advertising. Neighbors told neighbors. Real estate agents started calling for move-in cleans. Airbnb hosts in Capitol Hill and Fremont needed turnover service they could count on at 90-minute notice. Seattle’s tech workers wanted quality cleaning without mediocre results—and Crystal Clear became the answer. Within three years, Sofia had a full team, a waiting list, and a 98% recurring client rate.
