By the job. You get one flat-rate price before we start, and that is the number on the invoice. Q.03Can you handle a list of several small repairs in one visit?

That is our most common booking. Send us the list before the visit — even a rough one — and we will estimate the time and quote the full list. Multi-item visits are typically more cost-effective than separate calls, and our techs come stocked to handle most combinations of handyman, finish, and exterior work in a single trip.

Q.04What is a seasonal maintenance package?

It is a structured spring or fall visit covering the exterior elements that change most with Wisconsin seasons: caulk and weatherstrip condition, gutter inspection, exterior door and window adjustment, and a written report of anything flagged for attention. Spring visits run $250 to $350; fall (pre-winter) visits $300 to $450. Many clients book both and find it replaces most reactive repair calls.

All workmanship carries a 12-month warranty — if something we did fails within that period, we come back and fix it at no charge. Materials are covered under manufacturer warranty as applicable, which varies from 1 to 10 years depending on the product.
