Your tech arrives in the booked window in a marked AllTrade truck. We send a heads-up call when we are on the way. We do not do 4-hour arrival windows — if a window is two hours, it is two hours.
The technician walks the job, photographs the existing condition, and writes up exactly what needs to be done. For multi-item lists, each item is scoped and priced individually before we consolidate the quote.
You receive a written flat-rate price for the full scope. Approve the whole list or just part of it — your call. Nothing starts without your sign-off. No pressure, no expiring-in-ten-minutes urgency.
We complete the job, walk you through what was done, and leave a signed completion form with a photo record. The site is left clean. Your 12-month warranty starts the day of completion.
